I have recently written a couple of columns about Health is
Wealth!!! So…this is a new health story which started about
9 days ago. As I was flying from Dallas to Miami I started
feeling feverish…not just any old flu fever….but a fever I
had felt twice before…first in college, and then 20 years
ago. I knew what I had before I checked in with my doctor
after landing. He looked over the just taken lung x-ray…and
said, “You’re right it is pneumonia”. I know because I WAS
THERE in his office as he said it!!! Fortunately for me it
was NOT viral (those take forever to cure), but instead mine
was/is bacterial which can be cured with heavy RX’s and a
few days rest. This column is short because I am still in
the rest stage…but next week I will be writing about the
upcoming Country Radio Broadcasters meeting scheduled for
Nashville on February 15th. And, I am heading for Atlanta
today for a wedding anniversary celebration on Saturday the
4th.
